When is Check-In/Check-Out Time?

Our check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Do You Offer Early Check-In/Late Check-Out?

Yes! We are happy to offer the option of checking in early and checking out late for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request, as it is subject to room availability.

How Does a Bluetooth Key Work?

Our keyless entry system utilizes innovative Bluetooth locks that allow you to skip the front desk and access your room using your smartphone. Once you book your stay, you will receive your unique room code, allowing you keyless access to your room 24 hours a day during your stay.

Is Smoking Allowed on Property?

All our rooms at The Beverly are 100% smoke-free rooms. We have designated smoking areas on the property.

Is There a Fitness Center with Equipment? What Are the Hours?

Unfortunately, we do not have a fitness center on the property.

Do You Have a Business Center?

Unfortunately, we do not have a business center, although we offer complimentary high-speed internet access.

Do You Have a Pool?

We do not have a pool on the property.

Do You Allow Pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

What is Included in My Rate?

When you book your stay, you’ll have access to many amenities, including complimentary parking, free premium wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, and 24-hour concierge service.

What Are Your Laundry Facilities?

We unfortunately do not have a laundry facility on the premises.

Do You Offer Free Shuttle Service?

Although we do not have a hotel shuttle on the property, we are less than a two-minute walk away from the North Beverly train station.

What Are the Requirements to Check into the Hotel Room?

Guests who book their stay must be 21+ years of age with a valid ID or passport, along with a credit card with a matching name upon check-in.

What is Your Cancellation and Deposit Policy?

We have a standard 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be requested two days prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation fee. There is no deposit required at the time of your reservation, though refer to your confirmation, as some rates may require pre-payment or a deposit.

What Are the ID Requirements at Check-In?

We require a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

Can I Check-in With My Debit Card?

You may use a debit card to book your stay, though keep in mind that a pre-authorization for each night’s stay will be charged on your card. Pre-authorizations may hold these funds for up to ten business days, and The Beverly is not responsible for these pending charges or lack of available funds in your account because of a pre-authorization. We strongly suggest using a credit card to avoid any inconvenience of a pre-authorization hold.

Can I Book a Group of 10 or More Rooms Per Night?

We can accommodate group bookings, although these requests are subject to room availability. Please contact us directly to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Do You Have a Restaurant on the Property?

We do not offer room service, but every room includes a fully equipped kitchen, and there are many exceptional eateries nearby, including Depot Diner, Toscana Bar Italiano, Marika’s, Soma, A&B Burgers, Nick’s Roast Beef, Garden City Pub, and Gourmet Garden.
