Guests who book their stay must be 21+ years of age with a valid ID or passport, along with a credit card with a matching name upon check-in.
Guests can cancel up to 14 days before arrival and receive their deposit but a processing fee of $75 will be charged. Deposits will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 14 days before arrival. A deposit equal to 50% of your reservation is required to guarantee reservations. The balance is due on arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Cash is not accepted. A hold of $150 will be placed on the card on file for any incidentals. This hold will be released 48 hours after checkout pending any damages or violations. See more info under Terms and Conditions.

You may use a debit card to book your stay, though keep in mind that a pre-authorization for each night’s stay will be charged on your card. Pre-authorizations may hold these funds for up to ten business days, and The Beverly is not responsible for these pending charges or lack of available funds in your account because of a pre-authorization. We strongly suggest using a credit card to avoid any inconvenience of a pre-authorization hold.

We do not offer room service, but every room includes a fully equipped kitchen, and there are many exceptional eateries nearby, including Depot Diner, Toscana Bar Italiano, Marika’s, Soma, A&B Burgers, Nick’s Roast Beef, Garden City Pub, and Gourmet Garden.
